yesterday was quite awesome a day. started it visiting jon ng's church in potong pasir. calvary baptist church. which i must say is quite amazing, what with their underground (literally) youth service, then attending the usual service after that. like spending a whole morning and afternoon in church, which i think is cool. then last night was the campus superstar finals too. been following it in recent weeks nearing the end and i must say it is a rather impressive show. prehaps it's the novelty but it really attracted me, though not to the extent of voting for them. i still truly do not believe in such a system. call me old-fashioned, but i raher prefer the erm, old-fashioned method of a panel of professional judges determing the outcome instead of sms voting. which would eliminate the fear of pretenders like the renfred making it so far. vote buying whatever. and "teenage-girl killer" is so funny and absurb a nickname. take a queue number dude, you're not even vaguely near a really good looker man i'm sorry. and watching the review show tonight, it's so obvious who is really popular with all the contestants cheering/ hi-fiveing/ hugging when zhiyang beat that pathetic pretender. yea! come on, zhiyang has by far the best vocals last night, even slightly better than teresa i reckon. and that coming from an ri boy rooting for a hc one, says a lot huh. it takes much to temporarily lay aside the rivalry between the schools to even begin to think of supporting anyone from the other school. haha so childish, but who ask me be in raffles schools for 6 years. at least hc is not as hated as ac with us i guess. hah. cheers. what an awfully long post. oh and i think geraldine is nearer pretty than renfred is near handsome. so there.
